Today, I practice technology law, primarily on a consulting basis. I deliver legal consultancy, eBusiness legal strategy and high tech legal matters more generally to help companies to get to the network society first. I have over 14 years experience of advising clients on all aspects of technology, multimedia and telecommunications legal issues and have led many multi-jurisdictional information governance and data protection compliance projects. Key clients include Internet Service Providers, videogames and software developers, biotech firms, Internet startups, and electronic commerce companies.

I was Invited Expert to the Dot Eu Legal Working Group and I have been also invited to join the Revista de Contratación Electrónica. I speak regularly on Internet and Intellectual Property law, and have authored numerous articles and contributions to books on those topics.
