I am an Internet lawyer and eBusiness legal strategist who have handled matters for a wide variety of industries and individuals, including Internet Service Providers, video game companies, bioscience and pharma companies, e-learning platforms, manufacturers, distributors, PR/marketing agencies, and non-profit organizations.
I am passionate about intellectual property issues, high-technology, social media, and all forms of electronic commerce. Over the past 14 years I have helped clients navigate the bleeding edge of Internet law, including the legal considerations surrounding all forms of social media and syndication, digital copyright, digital rights management, and electronic commerce, as well as the nuances of Creative Commons and other generalized licensing strategies.
